Hours of Care:
Paid Holidays (6): New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Please note…If the holiday falls on a Sat then the business will be closed on Friday. If the

Vacation: Parents will be responsible to find alternate care during these closings. If there should be any additional provider vacation closures, at least 1 month written notice will be given and tuition will be credited for those extra days closed.
Time Off Periods: Substitute care may be provided in the caregiver’s home on such occasions as caregiver Dr.’s, dentist appointments, professional development days, etc. Parents will be provided ample notice of these times. If substitute care cannot be found, parents will need to have their own emergency back-up.
Provider Sick Days: In the event the caregiver is too ill to provide child care, parents will be notified as soon as possible so parents can make alternate arrangements. Parents will not be charged payment for these days if substitute (backup) care is not provided by the day care.
Admission and Enrollment Procedures:
Interview Procedures: I will not accept any family into care without conducting a complete
interview first. Both parties must feel comfortable and confident that the arrangements will work.
Registration Package: All parents MUST complete and sign the following forms found in their Registration Package BEFORE a child will be admitted into care:
* Registration Form * Child Medical Information
* Medical Emergency Form * Permission Slips
* Child Development Form * Child Care Contract
* Food Program form
Naps and Rest Periods:
It is a long day for children who attend daycare. Nap and rest time is a MUST and is scheduled from
Parent Involvement:
The daycare operates under an “open door policy”. Parents are welcome to inspect at any time and in any location where their child will be receiving care. Parents are asked however to respect being quiet during nap times, including non-emergency phone calls, so that the children are not disturbed.
